No, you have to remove yourself and your luggage.You could go into Manhattan for the day and leave your stuff at Schwartz travel, they have 2 locations.

Your cases will need to be put outside your stateroom/cabin, the night before you leave the ship. You will then collect them from the baggage claim, in the Port building when you leave the ship in the Morning. Then they are in your hands for the day. You maybe able to do a tour that drops you off at the airport, as then they will go with you, but you will be there around 2 pm. As Cruise Fairy has said you can leave them for a cost with Schwartz Travel, but make sure you collect them and be at the airport at least 3 1/2 hours before the flight home as Homeland security, can be a pain. I also believe that Celebrity have changed the time you vacate your Cabin in the morning to 7 am now.
